I did a 4 month project with recstuff.com to help them turn their marketing around. They had been losing ROAS due to poor SEO, landing page creation, and an obsolete website. Within 4 months we changed the agency that was managing the adwords account, developed and launched a new website, did an influencer project which netted more than 20k in sales, and completely turned around the customer service center and fulfilment teams to improve the business from 3.1 ROAS to more than 17:1 return on spend. I acted as director of e-commerce operations, hired a marketing manager, filled the customer service team, and brought in a warehouse manager. I also managed the internal IT and set up a new server for the organization.
